We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to send it back for a refund. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to deliver an experience you’ll love.
Is there a deadline for returns?
Returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return?

Go to your account by selecting the profile icon on our website, or visit our dedicated returns page to submit a request.

Sign in to your customer account:

Enter your email address and select Continue.

Check your inbox for a verification email from us and copy the six‑digit code.

Return to the store and enter the code to log in.

Choose the order you want to return.

If your order contains more than one item, select the specific products you’re sending back.

Tell us why you’re returning the item and add any notes that may help our team.

Submit your return request.
If your request is approved and shipping is required, we’ll email you instructions along with a return label. Once your item arrives back with us and passes inspection, your refund will be issued.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and check your return. This usually takes up to 72 business hours.
Where will my refund go?
All refunds are sent back to the same payment method used at checkout.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, as we do not offer prepaid return labels.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No — we do not apply any restocking fees.
Can I return an item that has been opened or used?
Items must be returned in unused, fully resalable condition. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (including written‑on packaging) may not qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled as long as they haven’t entered our fulfilment process. Because our system processes orders quickly, the cancellation window is very limited. If your order has already been handled by our warehouse, you’ll need to request a return instead.
Can I add more items to an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they’ve been submitted. If you’d like to add more items, you’ll need to cancel the order (if it’s still possible) and place a new one.
