Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling

We offer free worldwide shipping, and orders going to the UK generally arrive within 5–14 days. Every order is sent using a tracked delivery service. As soon as our courier provides the tracking details, we’ll email the number to you so you can follow your parcel.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Your delivery estimate includes both processing time and shipping time.
Our processing period is usually 1–3 business days, during which we carry out quality checks, prepare and pack your items, create shipping labels, and hand your parcel over to our courier.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered the processing stage, we’re unable to cancel it.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, cancellation is unlikely as your order may already be in progress.

Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched and the tracking number has been added to our system, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 6 business days, please contact us at support@littleluxekids.co.uk. and we’ll look into it for you.
