Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling 
We provide FREE worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-14 days for orders within the UK. All packages are shipped via a trackable method. Once we receive the tracking number from our shipping partner, we will send it to you via email.

Estimated Shipping Times  
The total time to receive your order includes both processing and shipping times. The processing time is typically 1-3 business days, during which we ensure quality assurance, pack your order, print shipping labels, and hand it over to our shipping company.

Order Cancellations  
Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. However, if you miss this window, there is a high likelihood that cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@bambinosparkle.co.uk.

Order Tracking 
After your order is shipped and our database is updated with the tracking number, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package's progress. If you have not received this email within 6 business days, please reach out to us at support@bambinosparkle.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you.

Is there a time limit for returns?
Yes, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return?

1. Click the profile icon in the store navigation or visit the return policy or returns page to request a return.

2. Log in to your account:
   - Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.  
   - Check your email for a message from our store, then copy the six-digit verification code provided.  
   - Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

3. Select the order you wish to return.

4. If your order includes multiple items, choose the specific items you want to return.

5. Indicate your reason for returning and include any notes for our team.

6. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and shipping is necessary, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. This typically takes about 72 business hours.

Where will my refund be issued?
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Who covers the return shipping fees? 
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels, so customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Are there any restocking fees?  
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

What if the item has been used?  
All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products. If a returned item is not in resalable condition (e.g., packaging is written on), we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Cancellation & Order Edits:

What is your cancellation policy?  
Orders can generally be canceled as long as they haven’t been processed by our fulfillment network. However, please note that our system is fully automated, and the cancellation window is very short. If your order has already been processed, you will need to initiate a return.

Can I add items to an existing order?  
Unfortunately, our system does not allow modifications to existing orders. If you want to add items, you will need to cancel the current order (if possible) and place a new one.
